This tip should not be a new idea or suggestion in the conversation of great skincare habits. The habit of wearing SPF is a gold standard action step. This habit will protect your skin against photo aging and environmental damage. The results of UVA and UVB damage are happening and doesn’t show itself right away but you can be certain that exposing your skin to the environment daily without protection will show up on your skin later. My professional advice is simple. Wear a broad spectrum SPF everyday….even on cloudy days and reapply when you can.
